As the reception is not legally authorised to provide medicines to hotel guests, it can direct guests to the nearest pharmacy.

We recommend that you order a taxi the day before.
The voltage is 220 V. You can buy an adapter at reception (€14,95).
Pets (-5 kg) are allowed in the room under their owner's full responsibility and provided they do not disturb other guests. They must be kept on a leash in public areas and have no access to the Lounge Bar, Restaurant or Fitness Center.

Most rooms are equipped with a safe (in the wardrobe). If not, feel free to use the safes provided free of charge at reception.
Underground parking :
St. Martin's Brussels EU has underground parking for 11 cars. A parking space can be taken, subject to availability, at EUR 19 for 24 hours.
The hotel is not responsible for damage to vehicles.
On arrival, please press the bell. Our staff will be happy to answer and open the gate for you if there is any space left.
Street parking:
If there is no availability in our underground parking lot, pay on-street parking is available from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Outside these hours, on-street parking is free.
